This event considers the use of virtual reality (VR) for language education. As a simulated experience of the real world, VR can be adopted for language education by, for example, providing virtual experiences where students can practice their language skills in conversation. In this session, we will explore the possible uses of VR for language learning, including how far the VR has been developed, its potential and its limits.
